Responsibilities: * Collection/Documentation of documentation requirements (use case, audience, objective of documentation prior to creation/development stage) * Create/Draft/Maintain technical documentation (further details noted in types of technical documents within scope) * Editorial Review and Co-Collaboration with subject matter experts to produce technical documentation that has high levels of clarity and actionability * Accountable for evaluating/monitoring document readiness for broad consumption and/or launch * Create/Draft/Maintain marketing content and communication templates related to program delivery * Types of technical documents within scope: software manuals, software learning modules, technical troubleshooting guides, installation guides, API documentation, release notes * Technology involved in technical document creation and maintenance: GitHub, SharePoint, ICM, Azure DevOps, Word
