Meath Day Service
Ashbourne /Ratoath County Meath
Permanent Part-Time Contract, (35 hours)
Job Purpose
The Programme Supervisor will assist the Community Services Manager in the delivery of providing quality focused Day services. They will have a role in the management and planning of the exiting service, supporting service users with their mental health, Autism, ID disabilities and physical and sensory needs. Programme supervisor will provide support for Service users who may present with behaviours that challenge in a person-centred day and community support service. Implementing and ensuring New Directions and RehabCare standards while overseeing the delivery of a quality, customer focused service.
Minimum Education & Skills required
• A Third level graduate, health and social care equivalent
• MAPA, Autism Awareness Training, Occupational First Aid, and Manual Handling de-sired.
• Experience of working with individuals with mental health & ID disability.
• Experience of facilitation, implementation and review of Support/Care Plans.
• Experience in design and development of staff rotas to include both day and evening and weekend shifts
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• To manage the day to day delivery of a truly person centred service for all clients who avail of Meath Day Service
• To liaise with families, multidisciplinary teams and other personnel to ensure the best quality of service with the clients as directed by community services manager
• To document information and complete paperwork as deemed necessary for delivery of service to the clients who avail of the Service for accountability purpose

Salary starting from point 1 € 37,138.5 - point 5 € 43,028.82 (Pro Rata), depending on experience.
