Your New Role...

This is a role within the Programming Operations group, supporting channels across EMEA- providing a liaison between Programming Operations and our key stakeholders: the Acquisitions, Programme Planning- linear and streaming, Content Operations, BLA, Global Rights Management and Finance teams. It requires a skill for inventory management, financial tracking, rights checking and a thorough working knowledge of the channels and regions we serve. Regular duties will involve making deal and inventory updates to Deal system, along with the entry of rights into IBMS.

Your Role Accountabilities…

Updating key business systems for channels, including IBMS, Project Systems (SAP) and Deal (program and contract database)

Manage and oversee operational tasks related to programming, including

Supporting Linear and VOD teams

Ensure timely delivery and availability of content

Coordinate contract renewals for programming and content licensing

Do Not Air – monitor and update the database

Checking contracts for territorial rights information / using Rights database to confirm rights clearances

Creation of deals and addition of rights information in Deal and IBMS

Provide financial data for programming teams and FP&A teams to monitor their budget positions

Direct correspondence / regular meetings with Content Ops, Reversioning, PMD, GRM, Programme Planning, Finance and other departments, regarding reporting, material delivery, regional commissions and planning for US commissions (i.e. airdates, running orders and title changes)

Running regular reports using MicroStrategy BI, Power BI, DEAL and IBMS Custom Reporting

Supporting channel launches - collaborate closely with project managers to ensure smooth planning and execution of channel launches. Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on schedules, objectives, and launch requirements

Inventory and metadata management

Ad hoc assignments as required by management

Qualifications & Experience…

Bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least 2-4 years’ experience in international environment (working in the media industry is an additional advantage)

Good written and spoken English is a must as the work will be performed in this language

High level of organizational skills and able to work effectively on own initiative when required

IT Experience – Excel, Business Intelligence

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment

Proven ability to build confidence and trust with team members and internal business partners

Administrative experience and a high degree of attention to detail essential

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
