The Baker Hughes Training Academy is looking for the Programs & Innovation Leader responsible to drive the execution and the evolution of all special programs and soft skills training portfolio delivered by the Training Academy. In such a capacity, you will be leading the team that manage all special programs and initiatives aimed to attract and train our young talents, to prepare the Field Service population for the future, and evolve the Training Academy into a global Talent Factory Centre of Excellence.

As Programs & Innovation Leader you will be responsible for :

Strategizing and implement Field Service Engineers Soft Skills and Behavioral training programs aligned with Training Academy strategy.Driving the evolution and execution of the current Training academy programs portfolio such as Leadership programs, Initial Training Program (ITP) and Certifications. Supporting and integrate the evolution of the FSE competency model and career path.Ensuring that all program priorities and solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and incorporate the customers’ expectations for our field personnel.Fostering innovation by implementing new methodologies in current and future state of training and learning programs delivered by the Training Academy.Applying Program Management best practices to improve programs planning and execution.Pilot any local and mobile solution to distribute the Training Academy capacities globally.Ensuring the key Training Academy initiatives are visible to the entire Field Service population and well communicated across the organization.

To be successful in this role you will :

Master’s degree in social sciences, humanities, STEM, engineering or any advanced degree with demonstrable experience in the EdTech or business transformation.Previous noteworthy experience in a customer front-end role and leading a team; proficiency over services at customer premises.  Proven familiarity in program/project management and managing external delivery partners.Capability to connect with internal stakeholders and to create external partnerships.Team building attitude and strong coaching expertise in working across the business functions.Demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving; ability to see the big picture, fuel and strategize a wide vision.Proven capability as a cultural change agent or in a similar role.Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions.Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate diverse learning needs.Interpersonal skills to effectively connect with people from different cultural backgrounds.Continuous learning mindset to stay informed about evolving cultural dynamicsHave excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English.Be able to travel internationally to Baker Hughes locations and sites.

In this role, you will travel to and work on customer sites in line with customer requirements. The duration of the work at site and the hours of work at the site will be in line with customer requirements. In between work assignments, you will have free time in line with Baker Hughes working time guidelines and fatigue management provisions.
