**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Project Management Manager, you’ll manage a team responsible for providing basic management services to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Oversee and manage deliverables and budgetary oversight of external PM teams
+ Perform site visits 3-4 days travel bi-weekly (EMEA) with focus on construction timeline, business line requirements, and cost efficiency
+ Attend virtual and on site meetings (w/construction partners)in order to determine/oversee the construction scope to best serve the respective business lines
+ Coordinate with and report back to the business on construction progress, timelines, costs, and risks to the business case
+ Work as a cohesive member of the program and project management teams internal to the IM client
+ Be able to identify and mitigate risks to the budget and construction programme with pointed, confident questions
+ Provide construction oversight and advisement from the project development stages through final handover
+ Keep contractors and 3rd party project management firms accountable to scope, budget, and timelines
+ Variation/Change management and oversight with consultation on approval
+ Be able to identify and escalate risks to the construction element of GRE within western Europe
+ Provide detailed notes and photos from project and scoping meetings and site visits
+ Be comfortable managing customers for required project inputs and information while maintaining the client and supplier relationship
+ Confident and quick thinker with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and spoken formats
+ Be able to review and understand detailed construction drawings
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
