Key Responsibilities: - Represent sponsors, developers, equity investors, governments, and financial institutions in the procurement, development, and financing of complex infrastructure and energy projects. - Advise on the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of project financing documents until financial close, and provide post-financial close support. - Participate in business development activities, including networking events and supporting the production of pitch documents. About the Ideal Candidate: - A qualified Solicitor, ideally qualified in England & Wales or a Commonwealth jurisdiction. - 2-4 years' PQE with experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of finance documents, including common terms agreements and intercreditor arrangements. - Experience with development financial institutions and export credit agencies is beneficial. - Proven experience in assisting with complex multi-jurisdictional matters. - Excellent technical legal drafting skills and the ability to recognise and seize opportunities for the firm. - Strong communication, client relations, and team-working skills. - Commercially astute, staying current on key legal and business news. - Proactive, innovative, and able to maintain a controlled, objective, and flexible approach under pressure.
