A leading architecture firm is seeking a passionate Project Accountant to join their team. Their clients are from a diverse group of sectors, and this position regularly collaborates with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, preferably within the AEC industry. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA.
 Responsibilities: Consistently update and validate project and budget setups in the accounting system  Review, process, and match incoming consultant invoices to Purchase Orders (PO) Process pre-bills based on Project Managers’ feedback & system calculations Work with Project Managers to identify when a revenue accrual is needed Perform analysis on unbilled cost and/or unearned revenue to ensure proper project close-out  Use standard best practices for project accounting and/or other applicable GAAP accounting rulesRequirements:  Background in the AEC industry a plus  Knowledge of Deltek Vision Software or MS Dynamics a plus  Flexibility, collaborative, self-starter, detail oriented  Degree in Accounting or Finance desired  Experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)  Must be an effective communicator at all levels and enjoy working in a team environment
