At Kimley-Horn , we are seeking a talented and driven Project Accountant to join our team. As a Project Accountant, you will play a vital role in supporting our project management and accounting functions. Your exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data will be crucial in ensuring accurate and timely project reporting.

 

This is an in-office position on our regional accounting team at 6200 South Syracuse Way, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Responsibilities Monthly financial analysis and on-going revenue recognitionWork with Project Managers in a variety of disciplinesMeeting multiple critical deadlines on a monthly basisEnsure all billing transactions are completed and accurately recorded in MIS systemPrepare invoices and complete monthly billingContract management and reviewCoordinate and pursue receivablesMonthly travel to other offices within the region Qualifications 2+ years of accounting experienceMinimum Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related degreeSolid understanding of accounting fundamentalsHigh degree of professionalism and strong people skillsMust be an excellent team playerStrong knowledge of Excel and Word requiredExperience using computerized accounting systems

Salary Range:

$68,000 - $78,000

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
