Location: Camden, NJ; Krishna P Singh Technology Center

Holtec International seeks applicants for its accounting and finance department based at the company's KPS Technology Campus in Camden, NJ. This department is the company's financial nerve center responsible for managing all of Holtec's operation centers and project offices around the world. The specific position for which candidates are solicited herein is that of Project Accountant which calls for a person with an individual contributor with strong subject matter expertise.

The candidate's principal activities will consist of managing month- end financial close process for business units assigned to the associate, preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, project billing, assistance in debt compliance reporting to Company’s counterparties, bank account management, and participation in consolidated monthly financial reporting.

Required minimum academic qualification consists of a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA certification preferred. The associate will report to the Chief Accounting Officer of the Company.

The Company uses Kinetics ERP software and customized software for project management, supplier management, invoice processing and accounts payable activities in which the candidate will receive necessary training. The Company’s business management is completely paper-less and web-based. 

It is expected that the Candidate's work will involve frequent remote video contact with their counterparts at other HOLTEC operation centers and occasional international travel.
