Primary Responsibilities:
Understand\n the construction industry and processing, coordinating, and execution of\n contracts and subcontracts.Understand\n contract requirements, execution, scopes of work, and terms and\n conditions.Utilize\n productivity tools including, but not limited to, Windows programs,\n intranet workflows, SAP, Cora PPM. and NEX/CPQ to manage and track\n documentation and approvals, create purchase requisitions, monitor\n reports, process new vendor set ups, bid deviation requests, Avetta\n processes.Coordinate\n with project managers and other professionals in finance, supply,\n contracts, and administration on project execution including, but not\n limited to, problem solving issues regarding revenue tracking, vendor\n invoicing, financial discrepancies with the projects, project change\n orders.Oversee\n the administrative responsibilities associated with contracts,\n subcontracts and customer required documentation.Read,\n interpret, and/or create spreadsheets and other reports.Maintain\n independent work within an allocated period.Work\n in a virtual setting via telephone, Teams, One Drive, internet, and email.
Secondary Responsibilities
Submit\n documentation into customer portals when required.Obtain\n COI if required for project.Manual\n check requests.Subcontractor\n payment processing and inquiries.
Required
High\n School Diploma.Experience\n with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).SAP\n ERP Experience.Minimum\n of 3 years administrative support experience.Elevated\n level of organizational and communication skills.
