Introduction
We are seeking a Project Administrator, GBP Products to join our Grinding, Bulk and Pyro Proposals & Project Management team in the Services BA! As Project Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting Project Managers with the efficient execution of Engineered To Order (ETO) Projects for GBP BL products in the Multi-Company model. In this position, you will report to Manager, Project Management, located in the United States.
This position is located in Espoo, Finland, and we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.
Team you belong to
You will join a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about meeting customer expectations. We work closely with different stakeholders, and as Project Administrator you are expected to coordinate project-related tasks assigned by the respective project manager with other functions – Engineering, Sourcing, Master data management, Operational purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and MA Project coordinators. The members in our immediate team are located in the United States, England and India.
What you’ll do
Support and collaborate with Project Managers to meet customer expectations, fulfill contract obligations, and achieve targets for safety, quality, schedule, and budget Provide day-to-day project execution support in SAP, PEXPRO & Salesforce in project opening, sales order creation, updating forecasts, creating purchase requisitions etc., Participate in handover and kick-off meetings and assist in maintaining project schedules. Perform Master Data Material extensions in SAP based on the global Bill of Material (BOM) Structure and align as per the defined sourcing strategy. Ensure project setup and data accuracy in Project Management Tools (PEXPRO, MS project etc.,). Act as an SAP Key User and support ongoing SAP developments, testing, and improvements. Manage less critical project warranty cases and provide support during internal and external audits Perform project tasks in accordance with Metso’s processes, tools, and policies and QHSE standards.
Who you are
You have a suitable academic background, preferably a Bachelor's Degree You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project administration, project control, procurement, contract & scheduling or similar Good working knowledge (5+ years) using SAP is mandatory You are a strong communicator (both written and verbal) with effective interpersonal skills You are motivated and able to support several projects effectively and accurately at one time You can easily develop strong, trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results. You work well in a team environment and are a true team player.
