ABOUT THE POSITION
VHB is currently looking to hire a Project Administrator to join our NE Finance group. The exciting potentially hybrid opportunity will be based in our South Burlington, VT office and provide the opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated professional engineers, scientists, planners, and designers. Our team collaborates with both public and private clients in various industries such as transportation, real estate, institutional, and energy. Additionally, we work closely with federal, state, and local governments.

Responsibilities
Preparation and processing of invoices and contract documents for private and public sector clientsClient and sub-consultant contract development and maintenanceWork with Project Managers and leadership teams to track variances to project budgetsAssistance with project setup/budgetingAccounts receivable collection assistanceAssistance with research & resolution of client questionsSkills And Abilities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environmentExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to think critically and problem solveMust be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and Adobe AcrobatQualifications
4+ years of office administration experience, preferably in the AEC industryBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience in Engineering/Architecture/Construction environment preferredKnowledge of Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint or other similar financial applications a plusWe are VHB!
