After an upturn in work they are looking for a Project Administrator to join their operations team to support the architects and designers with a range of responsibilities.

They are looking for a team player with strong communication skills who wants to be involved in the wider culture of the team.

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain project drawing registers Manage and maintain document control site Manage external client sites such as 4Projects and Sharepoint Update the contact database on the management information system Assist Project Lead with MIS project gateways/Project trackers, including the management and uploads of all essential documentation, Ensure image library is kept up to date with the most recent project images Manage project archiving; both electronic and hardcopy Assist with any typing, proofreading and formatting of all project letters Arrange travel and meetings for studio teams Assist Front of House with cover when required Provide any other administrative assistance as required including booking couriers, ordering OS maps Ensure general conformance with all related aspects of the Quality Management SystemSkills and Experience Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the architecture, interior design or construction sector Experience of document control processes and software including Docuping Exceptional organisational skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people of all levels Knowledge of InDesign would be an advantageBenefits Include  EOT Bonus Long service leave Health insurance Team nights out and regular social/sporting events
