As our next Project Administrator, you will be giving maintenance of the project financial forecast and correct posting of actuals, managing project documentation, invoice triggering and payment monitoring.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Supports Project Manager with all tasks not requiring decision-making and helps to maintain the project planIs responsible for collecting information for Project Manager’s decision makingMonitors the project schedule (e.g. expiring S-plan milestones) and notifies Project Manager about the need to update schedulesIs responsible for requesting additional materials/services after in coordination with the PM or supervisorIs responsible for monitoring and updating cost forecast in SAP with actuals and incoming invoices. Ensures that revenue and cost forecasts are updated monthly, , and that relevant guidelines regarding forecast change approvals are followedIs responsible for monitoring actual costs vs. plans and reports deviations. Prepares revenue and cost plan status information for forecast reviews.Is responsible for use of correct activities and cost elements in the booking of actual costs and create PRs when requiredChecks invoices without POs/GRs, books against planned primary costsIs responsible for administration of change orders / variation sales, including performing correct order booking in the system and ensuring appropriate communication of changes across all relevant FL and SL functionsMaintains the S-plan schedule in the system between as instructed by the Project ManagerMonitors project gates and S-Plan accuracy and complianceCollating end of project documentation for submission to Customer, Maintenance and Archives.HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, administration or similar areaAt least 3 years of experience in a similar position.Good knowledge in MS Excel -skillsIntermediate in written EnglishGood communication skillsGood knowledge using ERPWhat can KONE offer you?
