ERM is looking for a Project Administrator willing to join our Italian branch in Milan and to support our ReachCentrum team.
The Role:
The Project Administrator ensures accurate, timely and value added support to the team’s needs for all ReachCentrum service lines.
Job Responsibilities:
Representing the team as first point of contact for all stakeholders.
Managing the general info mailbox and related phone line.
Providing administrative support and being responsible for team meetings, ad-hoc team initiatives, event and conferences, preparing meeting minutes and reports.
Maintaining mailing lists and distributing regular updates to the team, monitoring of relevant activities.
Supporting the supplier’s contracting and related invoice approvals.
Supporting folder administration and access.
Supporting document signature processes.
Handling the website and electronic document libraries.
Archiving and filing documents.
Providing general support to ReachCentrum team (billable and non-billable).
The successful candidate shall ideally have:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or a related field.
Proven experience as a project administrator, administrative assistant or in a similar role (at least 1 year).
Proficiency in English and Italian, written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to details and a commitment to accuracy.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office.
