Key Responsibilities: Work closely with site representatives and recruitment team to provide a high level of customer service, offering a seamless on-boarding and mobilisation process to our employeesWork closely with Client logistics to request flights and accommodation as requiredWork closely with employees to assign them work allocations of an adhoc and ongoing natureInternal sourcing of resource pool to fill additional vacancies issued by ClientTrack Client E-Learning status to ensure all candidates are compliant prior to mobilisationPreparing and maintaining accurate information and correspondence to enable effective reporting as well as compliance audits as requiredManage group Onboarding inboxes to allocate emails and tasks as they are receivedMaintaining company and Client databasesDrug and Alcohol bookings to ensure fitness for work compliance
