Company Overview:
KONE is a dynamically growing organization operating in the elevator and escalator industry in Croatia. We are currently looking for a Project Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will support project managers and installation team and assist in ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

Support installation supervisors and delivery team (assistant tasks)Prepare and manage installation and handover documentation for equipmentOrder certifications and maintain communication with certifying organizationsPrepare performance certificates, handle invoicing matters, and communicate with clientsParticipate in and support monthly project closuresMaintain continuous communication with the SSC based in Bratislava and attend monthly meetingsPrepare subcontractor contracts and orders, liaise with subcontractorsEnter and manage data in the SAP system (create PRs, POs)

Requirements:

Minimum secondary education (High School Degree)Basic English language skills (spoken and written)Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) at a user levelPrecise, accurate, and independent workClient-focused mindsetGood organizational and communication skillsOpen personality, team player – cooperation with other departments
