Honeywell is hiring a Project Administrator. You will be integral in supporting the successful execution of projects to help Honeywell deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with R&D managers and supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet internal customer expectations. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.

We are seeking a curious and mission-driven Project Administrator to join our Environments and Infrastructure team in Broomfield, CO.

The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $46,800.00 - $58,400.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
+ Support and contribute to continuous improvement efforts and 5S process initiatives to standardize and improve lab process and other internal customers.
+ Support the coordination of lab safety and compliance, calibration and maintenance of equipment, material tagging/tracking, supplies inventory, and facility improvements
+ Assist and support preventative maintenance software/tools for lab demands
+ Assist with the preparation of project presentations, reports, and follow-up actions.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and compile project data and reports.
+ Maintain project files and documentation, ensuring that all project-related information is organized and easily accessible.
+ Assist with procurement tracking and expense management for orders.
+ Assist with project scheduling and tracking, ensuring that project milestones and deliverables are met.
+ Provide administrative support to R&D managers, supervisors, technical teams, and labs including scheduling training, scheduling team activities and/or lunches, and managing project documentation.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting projects or teams.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
WE VALUE
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
+ Experience working in a project-based environment.
+ Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
+ Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
