Project Administrator

UGL is currently seeking an experienced Project Administrators (Procurement and Timesheet Specialists) to join our team, based in Darwin, NT to support a Brownfield Construction Project.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 Months
Roster: Monday – Friday 5/2
Point of Hire: Darwin, NT

As the Project Administrator, you will either specialize in Timesheet Administration OR Procurement Administration. You will play a key role in managing and processing timesheet data for our project team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely submissions, and coordinating with team members and departments to resolve any discrepancies.

Procurement Administration Project Administrator, you will support the procurement team with administrative tasks related to purchasing and supply chain management. You will ensure the efficient and timely procurement of materials and services essential to the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and process weekly timesheets from project staff.Ensure accuracy and timely submission of timesheet data.Maintain comprehensive records of employee hours worked.Coordinate with project managers, and supervisors to resolve any issues related to time reporting.Ensure compliance with company policies and project guidelines.Assist with the preparation and processing of purchase orders.Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.Track and report on inventory levels to avoid delays in project execution.

Qualifications Experience:

Experience in payroll, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain administration.Ensure accuracy and timely submission of timesheet data.Maintain comprehensive records of employee hours worked.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.Strong communication skills and attention to detail
