Project Administrator
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Administrator in the construction industry, based in Sparks, Nevada. As a Project Administrator, you will play an essential role in supporting our project team by ensuring efficient operations, effective communication, and proper documentation throughout the project's lifespan. Responsibilities: • Accurately maintain and organize essential project records such as contracts, RFI logs, and other critical documents. • Provide robust administrative assistance to the project team, ensuring all project documentation is accurate and current. • Assist in coordinating project-related events, scheduling meetings, and arranging site visits. • Support the process of bringing on new field employees, including onboarding and tracking OSHA 10/30 training. • Oversee local permanent compliance tracking, ensuring all procedures are followed. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Administrator in the Construction/Contractor industry • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services • Experience with Concur software • Knowledge of CRM systems • Experience with Dentrix Dental Software, although not essential, will be considered an asset • Familiarity with About Time software • Ability to perform Accounting Functions with accuracy and efficiency • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) • Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) • Proven ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively and professionally.
