Description We are on the lookout for a dedicated Project Administrator to join our team in Tampa, Florida. The primary function of this role is to manage multiple projects, process customer credit applications, and maintain accurate customer records. The chosen candidate will be part of an industry that focuses on air conditioning services and energy solutions, working in a hybrid environment. Responsibilities: • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion. • Process and manage customer credit applications with precision. • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records. • Resolve customer inquiries professionally and effectively. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required. • Display initiative in managing tasks and projects. • Maintain accurate accounting records, including AIA billing and collections. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various administrative tasks.
