Your Role
As a Project Administrator at Gensler, you will support project teams with your strong organizational and administrative skills to ensure smooth project delivery. You'll work alongside project coordinators and managers on cutting-edge architectural and interior design projects.
What You Will Do
Assist with project setup and documentation managementSupport the coordination of project schedules and timelinesHelp maintain project budgets and financial trackingCoordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractorsAssist with contract administration and document controlSupport in the personal approval form preparationMaintain project files and documentation systemsYour Qualifications
2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in architecture, construction, or related fieldStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with project management software preferredBasic understanding of construction and design terminologyAbility to work effectively in a team environment
