We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our dynamic team in Ashton, to provide effective administrative support. You will offer organisational, administrative, and clerical services to the team designed to contribute towards its aims and objectives.
Where: Ashton-under-Lyne
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £23,497.50 to £23,685.20 dependant on experience (based on full time working hours, pro rata if part time)

ResponsibilitiesThe Role:
As first point of contact within the service, to ensure that telephone calls and visits fromservice users, outside agencies and Change Grow Live Staff are dealt with promptly and
courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary.To ensure effective processing of correspondence/ data entry as required.To minute take at team and other meetings.To collate, monitor and report data/information & statistics as required.To maintain and assist with the setting up of a general filing system within the project.To monitor and order office stationery/requirements.To maintain and balance local petty cash systems under the direction of the Team Leader
About You:

Knowledge of general office proceduresIT literacy including proficiency in word processing, excel spreadsheets and data entryGood interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.Solid numeric skills. Good organisational skillsA mature, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards service users.Understand and have a commitment to the principles of equal opportunity and diversity.What we will give to you:

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
