Your work environment at EXP

The EXP Atlanta office is looking for a detailed oriented Project Administrator to support exciting projects in the Building & Infrastructure industry nationwide!

 

What a day at EXP has in store for you

Document Control and Processing: In coordination with EXP Design Team, Contractors, and Owners, processing Requests for Information (RFIs), shop drawing processing, etc. ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.  Workflow Management: Managing document workflows, such as submittals to owners, formal correspondence with clients and subcontractors, and maintaining electronic file systems ensuring project documentation is organized and accessible, facilitating collaboration across project teams. Financial and Contractual Support: Administrators assist in creating and processing subcontracts, purchase orders, and monthly pay applications for subconsultants and suppliers.  Scheduling and Coordination: Daily tasks include coordinating project schedules, scheduling meetings, and recording minutes to facilitates communication and alignment among EXP project team, stakeholders, and clients.

 

What your experience looks like

5-7 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably within Architectural, Engineering, Construction industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel. SharePoint website experience a plus. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision and with a variety of levels of individuals, both inside and outside the firm. Must possess the skills to independently handle established and multiple priorities at once, while possessing good time management skills and the ability to balance short-term deadlines against long-term goals. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Possess an understanding of and working knowledge of the Design and Construction industry.
