Project Administrator Call Center (Onsite)

Project Administrator will assist Project Leader with project timelines, and completion.  Facilitate initial Go Live training with Contact Center Teams when needed. A go to person who understands the Contact Center Operations and guide the Teams with new projects. 

1.     Assist in all administrative functions and processes.

2.     Assist Project Leader with Standing Operation Procedures.

3.     Assist Project Leader with Frequently Asked Questions.

4.     Supervise and delegate tasks.

5.     Responsible for reporting and analyzing Contact Center KPI’s for Performance Improvement.

6.     Excellent interpersonnel, communication (verbal & written)

7.     Ability to multi-task work assignments in a fast-paced stressful environment

8.     Must be able to work a flexible schedule, as needed

9.      Hold the team accountable.

10.  Proficient in computer applications and data entry skills.

11.  Actively participate in weekly Supervisor’s meeting
