**Job ID Number** R4705 **Employment Type** Full time **Worksite Flexibility** Onsite **Job Summary** As the Project Administrator Lead, you will be responsible for completing basic data entry, scanning and indexing various source documents into a document imaging system for storage, processing, and data management purposes within the public sector, auditing team work to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance, providing comprehensive training to new staff, and acting as a key support figure to the Project Manager. **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized **Project Administrator Lead** to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is completing basic data entry, scanning and indexing various source documents into a document imaging system for storage, processing, and data management purposes within the public sector, and acting as a key support figure to the Project Manager. This role will be **full time** and **onsite** . **What You'll Do** + Assist project manager with the management of digitization project, including planning, execution, and monitoring + Lead and mentor a team of digitization resources, ensuring optimal performance + Prepare documents for digitalization by separating a variety of records to prep for their indexing subtype + Operate scanning equipment to convert paper documents into digital formats, ensuring clarity and readability of scanned images, as necessary + Index and categorize digital documents within the imaging system, adhering to established naming conventions and organizational standards + Implement document retention policies, ensuring compliance with designated retention schedules, as necessary + Performa quality checks to validate the accuracy of scanned documents and making corrections, as necessary + Ensure the security and confidentiality of all digital records, following data protection regulations + Maintain assigned office equipment in a clean and professional manner + Work closely with managers and team members to ensure that all necessary documentation is collected, indexed, and maintained + Maintain a designated excel spreadsheet used to track metrics and provide reports on digitization progress to the project manager + Train and support team members in the use of document imaging systems and scanning procedures **What You'll Need** Required: + High school diploma or equivalent + Experience with Microsoft Suite applications of equivalent + Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy + Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to team members and managers + Familiarity with document imaging systems and related software + Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor + Transportation to/from office, dependable and on-time + Be available to work a minimum of one Saturday a month, if necessary **Physical Demands** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor **Reasonable Accommodation Statement** If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111. **Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement** It is the policy of CAI not to discriminate against any employee or applicant due to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or being a protected veteran.
