With general supervision, this position is responsible for the administration of operational aspects of ongoing projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Administers daily operational aspects of one or more ongoing projects which tasks may include entering Sales Orders and Purchase Requests in SAP; managing government property in AssetSmart; and coordinating intercompany, national, and international shipping.Coordinates with Material Planners to ensure milestones and delivery requirements are met; ensures that all the key parties are advised.Participates in problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.Develops appropriate electronic and hard copy reports and records to process DD-250 requests and track deliveries.May represent the organization with outside organizations.Provides direction to support staff and may provide direction to less experienced professional staff.Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.Performs other duties as assigned.Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
