We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our FMS CLS UK/Taiwan team. Under general direction, this position coordinates and administers data rights related research, documentation, and analysis to ensure protection of GA intellectual property. The position includes frequent participation in cross-functional meetings with various stakeholders, such as Program Managers, Logistics Personnel, Project Engineers, and Contracting Officers. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Administers daily operational aspects of one or more ongoing projects which tasks may include entering Sales Orders and Purchase Requests in SAP, managing government property in Asset Smart. + Coordinate shipping and logistics between Poway, Sub, and to the customer. Ensure all shipping and export documentation are completed and submitted to the US Government as required. + Administers daily operational aspects of one or more ongoing projects; participates in project plan development. + Integrates and analyzes project plans to ensure milestones and delivery requirements are met; ensures that all the key parties are advised. + Collaborate with company buyers, shipping, receiving, production, Depot, ITC and other areas to fulfill contractual deliverables. + Participate in special projects as assigned by supervisor and/or manager. + Develops appropriate electronic and hard copy reports and records. + May represent the organization with outside organizations. + Provides direction to support staff and may provide direction to less experienced professional staff. + Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education. + Must demonstrate a basic understanding of project administration principles, theories, concepts and techniques. + Knowledge of import / export regulations (ITAR/EAR). + Must have experience organizing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates. + Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them in an evolving environment while contributing to the development of new processes. + Ability to identify issues, analyze data and develop solutions to a variety of non-routine problems. + Good analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings. + Strong interpersonal skills enabling an effective interface with other professionals. + Intermediate computer skills with MS Office products. + Knowledgeable in SAP functions to assist program needs. + Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret security clearance is required. **Salary:** $51,650 - $87,290 **Travel Percentage Required** 0 - 25 **Relocation Assistance Provided** Not Provided **US Citizenship Required?** Yes **Clearance Required?** Desired **Clearance Level** Secret **Workstyle** Hybrid General Atomics is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
