Job Summary:

A Project Analyst (PA) at Epiq will serve to be the primary internal process monitor for the Client Services (CS) department. The PA will assist the Project Manager (PM) in tracking, organizing, processing, and promotion of client supplied data and workflows. The PA’s duties will include serving as the primary keeper of project reporting on client projects, a daily point of contact for client requests, and queue manager of client priorities. 
 
Essential Job Responsibilities

Work as the single point of contact on daily requests from multiple parties on various matters and escalate to the PM as necessaryDraft work direction to be used by other departments in executing their portions of a project Obtain, examine, and prepare client data for processing Process data through Relativity Processing application Troubleshooting and routine support of Relativity Processing and Workspace(s)Utilize downtime to assist CS department in routine client requestsInterpret client needs and PM instructions to pass them accurately and efficiently on to other operational groups Evaluate client requests and make recommendations/suggestions towards best practicesLeverage existing knowledge and experience when reviewing requests from client(s) and/or PM(s) to make critical judgements on how to best proceed to achieve desired result(s)Triage, manage, and prioritize multiple requestsAssist in troubleshooting and resolving any client issues with delivered and/or hosted dataAssist PMs in the development and refinement of documentation to address instances where information is incomplete or requires updatingMonitor and report on the progress of client requests through the multiple departments at EpiqTrack and report time utilization

Qualifications & Characteristics

High technical aptitude with database programs, text editors and review platforms Proficient knowledge of Relativity Processing Working knowledge of Relativity or other Review Platform including, but not limited to: Fields, Choices, Views, Layouts, RDC – Import/Export, Searching, STRs, and Imaging/OCR Sets. Highly organized and able to monitor and effectively record progress of multiple processes Availability to work extended hours as needed when client project loads increase Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent follow through, professional communication, and attention to detailAbility to utilize critical thinking to address gaps in provided work instructions or workflow documentationAbility to document current progress on outstanding tasks to transition said tasks to other team members as part of handoff procedureAbility to learn and retain knowledge through hands on training, coaching, or prior task experienceProven ability to work well in a team-based environmentAvailable to work on-call periodically through the week and occasional weekends Sitting for extended periods of time

The Compensation range for this role is 44,370.90 - 88,741.20 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
