The Project Analyst will be part of a team within global Integrated Assurance Office responsible for Business Intelligence and Project Coordination services provided a CBRE financial-sector Client. The key responsibility will be data processing and preparing analysis.
**What You Will Do:**
• Supporting Global Account Team in day-to-day project-related activities
• Running monthly global data quality maintenance check reports
• Delivering third party KPI reporting for the Client
• Preparing monthly Project Oversight and Rolling Capital Plan reports
• Delivering reporting automations and industrializing production processes
• Contacting stakeholders to assure timely project data delivery
• Assuring that input data meets agreed quality standards and addressing potential risks
• Promoting among all stakeholders the Project Governance Process rules agreed with the Client’s top management.
• Controlling and updating Client’s project database
• Managing documentation deposited on Client’s SharePoint
• Project auditing (checking documents are complete and filed against projects)
• Supporting the development of project governance tools
• Participating in ad hoc activities as and when required.
**What You Will Need:**
• University degree in one of the natural sciences (Computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Law, Business or other)
• At least 2 years of data analysis / project coordination experience in large, multinational, multicultural / complex environment
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English and Polish
• Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met, delivering a high quality service
• Flexibility in approach and ability to adopt to dynamically changing business environment
• Good overall knowledge of Microsoft Office bundle with excellent good command of Excel (including VBA)
• Strong analytical skills (understanding data, delivering multi-aspect analysis)
• Good customer care skills
• Knowledge of MS Power Tools / Tableau / Google Looker will be an advantage.
