Project Analyst - HRIS

The Project Analyst is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects. This role will be a central figure guiding projects, communicating progress to stakeholders, and initiating actions to mitigate risks and enhance delivery.

What You'll Do

Successfully manage delivery of end-to-end Workday HCM projectsCreate and manage to project plans, roadmaps and prioritiesContinually assess action items, risks and issue logs; facilitate meetings across cross-functional project team and stakeholdersPrepare and deliver reporting and escalate concerns in a timely manner and initiate correction action(s) when necessary.Participate and record requirements gathering sessions; understand product enhancements and configuration change requests to incorporate into project plan and roadmapCommunicate task and deadline expectations to allocated resources so they are properly aligned when needed to keep project on track. Oversee task execution by project team and monitor project progress. Identify delayed tasks that have downstream impact to other tasks in the project plan to recommend ways to reprioritize or reallocate resources.Organize and summarize project status data to keep team members and stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and achievementsTrack testing requirements to completion with proper documentation for signoff

What You'll Need to Have for the Role

3+ years of experience managing HRIS projects, ideally with Workday or similar systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, etc.)Proven expertise in post-production HRIS support including system enhancements, updates, and performance optimizationExperience in internal/external audit controls and process a strong plusProficiency in MS Office including intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups)Strong attention to detail driving data integrity and accurate reportingCollaborative working style with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Pay Range:

$108,360.00-$162,540.00 Annual
