Project Analyst I / II

In this role, you will: - Form a partnership with the Program/Project Managers in providing support to our programs by gathering and integrating project data - Ensure schedules are met and identify possible conflicts with customer and contract requirements - Meet with government representatives and other support contacts while attending meetings for project and procurement status - Record and prepare meeting minutes/action items - Provide management with analytical data derived from various reports related to task progression and participate in program and project reviews - Develop parts list used for procurement using engineering drawings - Prepare, monitor, and update spreadsheets for tracking material purchases - Assist in the preparation of reports and submission to internal and external customers - Assist in the preparation of cost proposals by gathering, integrating, and analyzing cost data - Oversee parts list to ensure the project schedules are met and expedite material as required This position is located in Chesapeake, VA. There is no relocation assistance available for this position. Applicants must currently reside in or state willingness to relocate self to Chesapeake, VA or surrounding areas. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** Bachelor's degree and some related experience OR Associate degree and 4 years of related experience Customer service focus Excellent attention to detail Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to multitask and work under frequent deadlines Ability to learn job-related material through on-the-job training Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills Experience using personal computers and related software to maintain and access databases and prepare reports **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** Knowledge of Microsoft Project and PowerPoint Experience using Deltek CostPoint Ability to read schematics and drawings Experience with financial support; developing, tracking, reporting spend plans, and project budgets **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $48800 - $83000 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
