The GNA GBI & ICC team under Global Credit & Fraud Operations Group in GSG focuses primarily on GNA Operation and / or associated supporting functions by providing Strategy and Data support towards servicing strategies along with KPI tracking and Management, Policies & Procedures updates, Defect Elimination, New Technical / Non-Technical Product launches, New Capabilities, Features & Automation deployments. The team also supports various internal & external Audits and Operational Risk Events for the process. 

This is an exciting and dynamic position of Project Analyst who would be assisting the Service Delivery Leader in tracking, understanding and managing various process KPIs for the US New Accounts Portfolio along with driving performance through independent handling of various projects/ initiatives as described above

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Analyst, primarily for US New Accounts GBI, providing key data insights for the markets regarding KPI performance and volumes Oversee/optimize the overall performance through in-depth analysis on effectiveness and efficiencies of the Business Process Provide thought leadership, drive initiatives and grow process effectiveness, maximizing returns through best-in-class project management practices Understand key drivers in performance, optimal settings for the key drivers, motivation behind actions/operational levers and impacts to results Carry a small business owner mind-set working with a strong sense of urgency and purpose in the execution of treatment/solutions Partner with third party vendors and internal key stakeholders to identify opportunities/root cause, deliver and monitor solutions to improve overall performance A skilled collaborator who identifies and seizes opportunities to connect insights and people across projects and portfolios Ensure strong operational controls are in place and maintained on an ongoing basis Effectively update Policies and Procedures in CHC on a timely and efficient manner and help create and provide training to CCPs when various change requests/ new features/ products are deployed Help support various internal external audits, exams and operational risk events

How will you make an impact in this role?

The ideal candidate will partner strongly with the network in driving initiatives and globalizing best practices to maximize process performance for Global New Accounts Proven expertise and experience in driving Performance with strong execution and analytical skills are required Self-directed and passionate about driving results with experience in New Accounts preferred. Experience in digital data solutions, platforms, and tools like – Excel (Advanced), Tableau, SQL, Python (General Proficiency) preferred. Ability to effectively multitask and work in a fast pace, dynamic environment Strong relationship, negotiation, influencing and organization skills. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate, preferably from a reputed Institution, with at least 3-5 years of previous experience, preferably in a Reputed Corporation

Preferably, experienced in project management, data analytics, data interpretation & visualization Self-directed with strong interest in the acquisition business and passionate in driving business results. Strong thought leadership with ability to incorporate analytical & operational aspects to design & implement innovative solutions to drive performance. Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiatives. Proven ability to successfully multitask and constantly juggle priorities Ability to partner and influence vendors, peers and management Strong networking and communication skills is a must
