The internship dates are June 2, 2025 to August 1, 2025. **What** **You’ll** **Do** Industry Research: + Conduct in-depth research on current trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements within the life sciences and healthcare sectors + Compile and present findings in comprehensive reports to assist the sales and delivery teams in strategic planning and decision-making Contract Review: + Assist in the review and analysis of contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulation + Identify potential risks and areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the sales and delivery teams Thought Leadership Support: + Collaborate with senior team members to develop thought leadership content, including whitepapers, articles, and presentations + Conduct background research and gather data to support the creation of insightful and impactful content Data Analysis: + Gather and analyze data related to patient outcomes, market trends, and the competitive landscape to provide actionable insights + Prepare data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to the sales and delivery teams Administrative Support: + Provide administrative support to the sales and delivery teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records + Assist with the coordination of internal and external events, such as webinars, workshops, and client meetings Client Interaction: + Participate in client meetings and calls to gain exposure to client relationships and project delivery processes + Document meeting notes and follow-up actions and assist in maintaining clear communication with clients Project Assistance: + Support ongoing projects by assisting with project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks + Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations **What You'll Need** Required + Current Junior with 3.5 GPA + Majors: Communication, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Technology, and other business-oriented programs + Excellent communication and leadership skills + Ability to work collaboratively across various groups + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint + Excellent time management skills + Strong organization and attention to detail + Ability to prioritize tasks + High-level problem-solving skills + Able to be self-driven with minimal guidance + Ability to effectively multi-task + Ability to work in a deadline driven environment **Physical Demands** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor **Reasonable Accommodation Statement** If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111. **Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement** It is the policy of CAI not to discriminate against any employee or applicant due to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or being a protected veteran.
