RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, drive and coordinate global Supply Chain projects ensuring appropriate change management and implementationUnderstand, assess and drive future adoption of our Supply Chain processes, e.g. by new technologies; evaluate the gaps to status quo and drive implementation together with our regional supply chain unitsConnect business and supply chain and derive and align measures and KPIs to achieve the desired performanceCommunicate and exchange on all levels of the supply chain organization as well as business management on pre-defined topics.QUALIFICATIONS Work experience >5 years in supply chain and/or business functionsUniversity degree in business, supply chain and logistics, or related fieldProject management, Project leadership knowledge preferable • Knowledge of Supply Chain Processes, ideally deeper knowledge of 1-2 processesAnalytical skills for Process and Financial Key Performance Indicators, Usage of appropriate data analytics toolsSAP basic understandingPeople oriented mindsetOrganizational awareness and communication on all levels of organizationEnglish, ideally second language like German, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese), Korean or JapaneseBENEFITS Responsibility from day one in a challenging work environment and "on-the-job" training as part of a committed team.Adequate compensation according to your qualifications and experienceA secure work environment because your health, safety and wellbeing is always our top priority.Flexible work schedule and Home-office options, so that you can balance your working life and private life.Learning and development opportunities23 holidays per yearAnother 5 days (readjustments days) and 2 days (cultural days)A collaborative, trustful and innovative work environmentBeing part of an international team and work in global projectsRelocation assistance to Madrid providedAt BASF, the chemistry is right.
