What's the Role?
Bloomberg's Financial Management Systems and Solutions Agile Program and Change Management team supports and establishes the frameworks (program/project management, change management and agile/scrum) that drive the ways of working for our Technology and CAO teams and delivers Project and Change Management for our most critical initiatives. We support SAP and all related technology including core enterprise, business warehouse and robotics process automation as well business processes including Quote to Cash, Source to Pay, Payroll, Global Sustainability and Supply Chain and partner closely with our CAO Operations, CFO and Engineering teams.
Are you an experienced Project and Change Manager with an agile mindset, passionate about leveraging Project and Change Management best practices to ensure successful delivery and adoption of large initiatives in a dynamic organization? We are looking for an experienced Project and Change Manager to join our highly collaborative Program and Change Management Office (PMO/CMO). We support in-house teams of engineers, project analysts, and business stakeholders in managing solution implementation and adoption through the entire project life cycle.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple concurrent technical and operational projects with broad influence through effective governance, cross-team organization, proactive management of risks, issues, and dependencies, and leadership engagementLead Change Management efforts, end-to-end, for programs inclusive of: change strategy and plan development, stakeholder analysis and engagement, change impact assessments, communications, training and support from project planning through execution, delivery and adoptionSet the right expectations with stakeholders, see around corners, anticipate and mitigate risks and resistance Interact with and influence all levels of the organizationImprove project teams’ performance by helping them to continuously reflect and improve, encouraging team cohesiveness through leadership and mentoring to facilitate successful deliveryWork in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring accountability, good judgment, flexibility, and a hands-on approachWork with scrum teams to integrate project and change management activities into sprints in support of their deliveryContribute to the enhancement and delivery of our frameworks (project and change management) in response to the evolving needs of our organization and teams
You’ll need to have:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience7+ years of project and change management experience in support of large-scale process and technology projects in large and complex corporate environments (in-house and/or management consulting)A passion for Project/Program Management, Change Management and Agile and the ability to work across methodologiesDemonstrated effective communication, collaboration and leadership skills Proven ability to work independently, solve problems and deal with ambiguityLeadership facilitation experience to drive senior-level decision making through transparency and data/visualizationAbility to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines and to work independentlyResults-oriented attitude and ability to follow through on tasks in a timely and responsible mannerStrong organization skills and an eye for detail, balanced by an ability to summarize insights and present to various stakeholders across the organizationIntellectual curiosity, creativity, and a genuine interest in driving sustainable, positive changeStrong proficiency MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Experience in full lifecycle Project/Program and Change management for large-scale ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)Experience working in an Agile environment (ideally Scrum) and applying Agile Change ManagementUnderstanding of Accounting, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Payroll processesBig 4 Consulting experience as well as in-house positionsExperience with global implementationsAbility to travel if the need arises (less than 10% of the time)PMP Certification, PROSCI Certification, SAFe Certification, Scrum Master Certification, proficiency in MS Project Salary Range = 135000 - 180000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
