What You Will Do

Demand Intake Management:

Assist in maintaining ServiceNow (SNOW) Idea and Project requests and communicate aging backlog with Product Owners.

Facilitate weekly and bi-weekly meetings with SNOW team and Customers.

Assist new SNOW customers with the SNOW Services Onboarding process.

Project Coordination:

Work with stakeholders to ensure project scope, milestones, and expectations are clearly defined.

Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution.

Schedule and facilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, and follow-up sessions.

Track project progress, manage timelines, and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery.

Reporting & Communication:

Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, resource availability, and any potential bottlenecks.

Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate intake volume, project progress, and demand forecasts.

Business Analysis:

Act as a Business Analyst to translate business requirements into system requirements.

Travel:  up to 5%

Qualifications You Must Have 

Typically requires: A University Degree in Business Administration , Project Management or related field and minimum 8 years project coordination or demand management experience, preferably within IT or similar field; or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.

Minimum 3 years ServiceNow experience

U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Qualifications We Prefer

ITIL Certification

Ability to develop effective working relationships with diverse collaborators.

Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and solution oriented.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
