Payroll Control Centre Project SupportDrive Project Success: Collaborate with the project management team;Deliver Excellence in Implementation: Take ownership of allocated work packages during project phases, with a focus on requirements gathering and implementation for country-specific waves;Facilitate Learning & Development: Organize and support training activities.Enhance Testing Preparedness: Lead testing preparation activities, consulting with local teams to guide them through necessary testing protocols;Monitor and Report Progress: Maintain accurate project tracking through tools like Jira and Kanban boards, and ensure timely reporting of results to the project manager;Present Maintenance Frameworks: Deliver presentations on the Maintenance and Support concept to newly integrated countries and update relevant documentation ;Champion Stabilization Activities: Conduct training sessions on critical tools, such as the Dashboard and Audit Trail applications, to country managers during project stabilization phase.Payroll Control Centre Maintenance & SupportManage Incidents with Expertise: Oversee incident management processes to ensure swift resolutions;Lead Change Requests: Handle change requests effectively, using Jira to coordinate system updates;Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other teams to maintain accurate documentation and support audit processes;Maintain Communication Channels: Ensure the smooth functioning and organization of the Payroll Control Centre team’s communication channels.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
Education: University Degree in business administration, (business) informatics or another relevant area;Experience: Experience in project support and maintenance & support topics to HRIT systems;Knowledge: Very good knowledge of MS-Office tools and SAP HCM. Also is an advantage to have experience with Jira;Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset;Personality: Openness, high flexibility, proactiveness, independent and structured way of working.
