Job Description

Job Summary :

Responsible for process manufacture quality and new project quality in VM-CN division（e.g. VDS,OSS project ）

Job Responsibilities :

Process manufacture quality: 

Abnormal issues/claims handling in manufacturing area with problem solving Method to identify the right root cause and define effective measures in a structured way and conduct basic training. Preventive quality activities perform, eg:PFMEA line walk, control plan edit, Layer process confirmation. Risk Management: Support the team to identify/calculate the risk of an already known problem in a right and understandable way for the management. Quality related Process Improvement: Support the organization to improve continuously in order to save costs, time and/or achieve a better quality. Yearly product audit planning and organization. Customer/Internal audit support for Quality related acitivites. 

New project quality:

Support Project team regarding quality assurance & milestone plan to fullfil Quality&SOP time.APQP: Support the team of performing different Quality gates and release of samples/PPAP. Lessons Learned: Get in contact with other divisions and worldwide in order to learn from their experience or failures,  and do effective LL internally. 

QualificationsBachelor degree or above in engineering background.Min 1 year experience in quality engineer.Strong data analysis ability, programming skill(SQL. Python etc) .Good English communication skills.
