Role description:
This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally. The GEC brings key capabilities and capacity to support our clients seamlessly around the world. We are looking for a Project and Program Consultant responsible for managing projects and programs to meet defined objectives.
Role accountabilities:
Accountable for delivery of a project or low number of projects with reasonable complexity - to budget, quality, and time metrics; Accountable for delivery of timely and accurate data collection, analysis and reports; Responsible for interpreting and communicating project support policies, processes and systems; Responsible for monitoring and escalation of project management KPIs and performance metrics; Responsible for communicating and highlighting project process compliance issues to project managers; Responsible for performance management of project team / resource.Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.), master’s degree an advantage; Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience; Attainment of OR near attainment of relevant professional certification (RICS, APM, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.); Familiarity of project and program management methodologies or frameworks (PMI, APM, Agile, etc.); Proficiency in project and program management tools and platforms (Smartsheet, PowerBI, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.); Strong track record of overseeing complex projects and programs, and leading teams to deliver exceptional results; Extensive knowledge of project and program management methodologies and a general understanding of the wider business; Commercial acumen and organizational understanding; Advanced interpersonal and communication skills; Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Strong English skills.Why Arcadis?
