Project Architect
Description: + We are currently seeking a 5-10 year Project Architect with commercial experience who can take a project and run with it from beginning to end + This person will be wearing a lot of hats and doing anything from coordinating with building departments, presenting to clients, producing a full architectural set of drawing, developing designs and rendering, to drawing detailed drawing + This company is a design/builder of general and business aviation facilities and commercial projects nationwide - they specialize in the design and construction of corporate flight departments, fixed base operations, aviation completion and maintenance facilities, aviation paint hangars and commercial facilities + They have 6 architects and an in-house construction department - total they have about 18 employees + Candidates background should be structural steel/steel framing commercial projects and experience working on pre-engineered metal buildings is a plus + Candidates must be proficient in Revit + Flexible schedule offered - ability to work from home 15 days a year + Fully in office and based in Wheat Ridge, CO Why you should be interested: + 3 weeks of vacation, 6 days of sick pay, 7 paid holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Friday, and Christmas Day) + Health, dental, and vision insurance + 401k match + 15 work from home days a year + Small office with lots of mentorship + Fun office to work in - they like to joke around and keep it light hearted + Extremely high tenure and retention + Lots of repeat clients Qualifications: + Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture + 5-10 years of experience in an architectural office + Commercial/steel buildings experience + Candidates should be licensed or on track to licensure + Proficient in Revit and Lumion is a plus + Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook + Experience detailing and working on a variety of building envelops + Experience working on projects from beginning to end + CA experience + Design/build experience is a plus About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
