Position Overview: The Project Architect is responsible for designing and managing multiple projects, ensuring they meet all applicable codes and regulations. This individual will be the go-to resource for developing plans, creating shop drawings and submittals, and developing project proposals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and coordinating architectural plans, elevations, and detailsCreating shop drawings and submittalsDeveloping proposals and presentations for clientsConsulting with clients, contractors, other personnel, and regulatory agencies regarding building codes, design, and zoning regulationsManaging projects from conception to completionReviewing project designs for compliance and accuracyOversight of drafting and design staff

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture from an accredited universityRegistered Architect licenseComprehensive knowledge of IBC, NFPA, and ADA CodeProficiency in Sketchup and RevitStrong organizational and communication skills
