Job Description

Design in Revit in the areas of commercial, retail, mixed-use, science and technology, hospitality, and multi-family residential with a concentration on housing. Manage junior staff and cultivate an environment of encouragement and growth.

ResponsibilitiesProvide design in Revit for multi-family and housing projects.Manage Intern Level Architects.Offer construction administration support on mid-to-large scale projects.Essential Skills5-10 years of architectural experience (Revit design and renderings).Proficient in architectural material & systems detailing and envelope systems design.Experience with construction administration, codes, and regulatory processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsArchitectural License is strongly preferred.Work Environment

Class A office space in Harbor East. Limited remote work offered; candidates should be capable of commuting daily. Mainly in-office work except for family, school, quarantine, etc.
