Position Overview: The Project Architect is responsible for leading the planning, designing, and coordination of the overall project from inception to completion. The Project Architect will be a key part of the design team in the development of projects, producing construction documents, preparing drawings, and presenting design concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from conception to completion Design and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions Produce drawings and documents to communicate plans Perform design reviews and check plans for accuracy Coordinate with other disciplines and consultants Ensure compliance with building codes and local regulations Manage the preparation of permits, CC&R's, and submittals Review, analyze, and modify existing designs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, and construction Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and 3D modeling Strong working knowledge of construction drawings, permits, CC&Rs, and submittals Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized and able to multitask efficiently High attention to detail and qualityBenefits
