A highly respected design studio renowned for creating beautifully crafted high end residential projects is currently seeking a talented architect to join their studio. The practice prides itself on design excellence and the successful person will possess exceptional design and detailing skills. 

Key responsibilities

Working under a Principal you will run projects and small teams Play a key role in design and client service Ability to lead and work in project team, work independently Excellent knowledge of construction detailing and documentation Working through all stages, you will have a proven ability to manage and oversee multiple projects at once Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive, positive and engaging personality Mentor junior staff

Skills and experience

Master of Architecture Qualifications, registration not essential but preferred Operating at a level similar to 6-8+ years’ professional practice experience Experience on high quality houses and apartments  Proficiency in ArchiCAD  Portfolio demonstrating excellent design skills Great attention to detail, documentation and detailing ability Outstanding communication skills (written, visual, verbal) and a collaborative nature - confidence, ambitious, and personable Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience working with clients and consultants
