Key responsibilities

Working on projects through all phases of design and construction while working alongside the Project Manager Prepare drawings, schedules, and specifications Collaborative work with the project team, consultants, and contractors Assist in reviewing submittals and shop drawings during CA phase Prepare design presentation documents, renderings, and materials Research products and specifications

Skills and Experience

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture NYS Architecture License preferred 4-6 years' professional experience Proven experience in design and project delivery for outstanding projects Extraordinary design and problem solving skills at small scale and big picture Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills Understanding of project delivery with Revit.

The desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and rigorous design environment is essential.
