Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale, multi-res, commercial, hotel & mixed-use projects Manage and mentor a team Work in a hands-on capacity in Revit (preferable) whilst reviewing the teams drawings Work across programming and financials of the project Validate and develop project and construction schedules Liaise with clients, consultants and key stakeholders Provide oversight and document construction progress to ensure milestones are met

Skills & Experience

Masters Degree qualification in Architecture Current Victorian ARBV Registration Min. 7 years experience, including leading the delivery of projects Revit proficiency (preferable) Solid all-rounder abilities Extensive technical, construction and detailing knowledge Experience on site and with contract admin (preferable) Solid communication and interpersonal skills Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively Ability to motivate others and lead a team
