Project Assistant Job Locations Singapore-Singapore Category Administrative Job Summary Medpace Reference Laboratories (MRL), is a full-service central laboratory with locations in Cincinnati, Ohio; Leuven, Belgium; Shanghai, China; and Singapore. Medpace has the local presence to conduct a study anywhere in the world. We continue to steadily grow and are looking to add to our team! Our laboratory is growing rapidly and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to join our team. This position will work with a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities Provide day to day departmental support to Project Management such as maintaining clinical reports, contacting sites for query resolution, missing samples and forms;Perform data entry and updates;Complete requests and follow up with requestor as needed;Conduct quality checks of departmental documents; andOther general administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Diploma and 3 years of experience of relevant field;Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; andPrior experience in a central laboratory will be advantageous Medpace Overview
