Project Assistant
Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Project Assistant in the service industry, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Project Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for assessment participants, manage their schedules, and ensure that all materials are well-prepared and maintained. You will also be responsible for administering tests and maintaining confidentiality of participant results. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary contact for assessment participants, providing a welcoming and service-oriented experience. • Manage and adjust the assessment schedule for assigned participants as necessary. • Prepare necessary materials such as participant itineraries and folders for upcoming assessments. • Administer various tests to participants, including problem-solving tests and business simulation exercises. • Maintain and protect the Assessment Center materials, online programs, and data files. • Uphold the confidentiality of individual participant results at all times. • Provide administrative support for international participants and collaborate with affiliate partners. • Work alongside other staff members to monitor quality and ensure best practices are followed. • Update tracking information spreadsheets regularly. • Carry out data entry, data filing, scheduling, and other assessment support tasks. • Foster good working relationships with clients and act as a liaison to ensure assessment delivery deadlines and client requests are met. Requirements • Proficient in customer service, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Capable of performing efficient data entry tasks with high accuracy • Ability to manage timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word • Experience in organizing files, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval and reference • Knowledgeable in operating scanning equipment and processes • Familiarity with shipping functions and procedures, ensuring smooth delivery of goods or documents • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced service industry environment • Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization and reliability • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
