The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for: Responsibilities Must ensure recruiting, screening and hiring standards are maintained and adhered to in the assigned client Actively seek new recruiting strategies that continually replenish the candidate pipeline based on client requirements and skill sets needed Developing strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders Clearly communicate the progress of hiring updates to internal and external stakeholders Support on challenging client requests and manage escalations as needed Monitor and ensure completion of hiring requirements and targets Audit new hire documents to ensure accuracy and compliance Work with operations, client services and training to ensure hiring standards are met Thrive as a team player in a fast paced, high energy, change oriented environment Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources and other social/business related courses With 6 months - 1 year of recruitment background specializing on corporate hiring and niche roles With experience in Hiring Manager management preferaby in a BPO setting. Ability to initiate and implement recruiting strategies for both internal and external stakeholders Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Must have high GSuite proficiency - Great Communication Skills and Socially smart High level of integrity, sense of urgency and dedication at work Outstanding organizational and time-management skills Onboarding experience is a plus Experience in Candidate Pipeline Management. Excellent Coordination skills. Willing to work on midshift hours and onsite. Can start ASAP
